Book your stay at a cozy chalet in a private community with beach & lake access. Enjoy the boat launch, playground, tennis courts & club house. The chalet is located exactly 1 mile from the lake. Drive, walk or ride your bikes down the dead end road to your day at the beach. Cook out on the front porch & enjoy a fire in the private backyard. There are 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room with a twin bed, mini futon, smart TV & fooseball table! Pillows & blankets included, must bring towels & bed linens. Guests will enjoy the accessibility to the lake with a community and family friendly vibe. Here you can get away from the norms of everyday life and relax, unplug, and unwind. Guests access the private community beach, boat launch, playground, tennis courts, and club house. Boat trailer parking is allowed behind the club house or back at the property. Be sure to display the parking pass when parking behind clubhouse or at the beach. Two kayaks available for rent (1 sit in and 1 sit on) must inquire and make payment before check in. $35 each for the duration of your stay, life jackets included. Boat launch is 1 mile down the road so you will need a pickup truck or roof racks to transport. We are located in the next town over for your convenience. Located just minutes from famous Castle in the Clouds, hiking, the beach, and Skelley’s Market. 15 minutes to center Harbor, 20 minutes to Meredith, 25 minutes to Wolfboro. Walk or ride your bikes to the community beach and playground. Park your boat in the oversized driveway. A car for driving to other Lake Winnipesaukee towns will be necessary. Beach chairs and wagon available for your convenience! Limited paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper will be provided upon arrival. Renters are responsible for replenishing these items as needed during their stay. The indoor fireplace is not for renters use. We provide an outdoor fire pit for your enjoyment. We do not provide cable TV. The smart TVs are preloaded with apps for streaming select shows and movies on a rainy day. We also provide a DVD player if you brought your favorite movie to snuggle up with. This is a rural area and we occasionally encounter hungry bears. We provide a “bear proof” trash bin. Please place all garbage in this locked bin and all recycling in the appropriate labeled bins. We recommend double bagging any garbage containing food items to further deter the bears. If the trash bin is getting full, reach out to us for trash removal. Do not leave food or garbage out and please scrape the grill after each use. Meals and Rentals Tax Operator’s License: 101107
