The entire house, the grounds, and, of course, the refreshing pool are exclusively for your use. The space The house itself offers a generous living space of 225 m2 in total and has 4 comfortable bedrooms (all with ceiling fans) and 2 modern bathrooms. One of the bedrooms with two single beds and a bathroom is situated on the ground floor, while the upper floor houses three more cozy bedrooms and an additional bathroom. In front of the house stretches the spacious pool area. The pool itself measures an impressive 9 x 4 meters and has a depth ranging from 80 to 180 cm. It features an inviting Roman staircase and is beautifully illuminated at night. For families with small children, it's essential to note that the entire pool area is completely fenced and equipped with a secure gate. Beyond the refreshing pool area, you'll also find a volleyball court and a small soccer field on the property, providing opportunities for outdoor sports and fun. For leisurely evenings, there's a shaded barbecue area with a built-in grill and an additional dining space. Directly in front of the house, you can relax on a covered terrace, perfect for starting your day or winding down in the evening. Inside the house, you'll find a friendly and modern interior. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, as does the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a spacious 5-burner stove, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. All the bedrooms are furnished with new beds and mattresses measuring 200 x 90 cm, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The two spacious bathrooms feature stylish vanities and roomy walk-in showers. Particularly charming are the two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with access to the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy the fantastic views right after waking up. Of course, the house is equipped with German satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected during your vacation. We also provide all types of towels for your convenience, whether for the kitchen, bathrooms, or the pool/beach area. If you're traveling with young children, we're happy to provide a complimentary crib and high chair upon request.
