Dedicated staff is on site 6 days/wk to ensure that your trip is effortless and comfortable. Thoughtfully furnished, Casa Valentina is your new home away from home. The space Each room at Casa Valentina is accessed externally, providing maximum guest privacy in a shared home. Each room is accompanied by a full bathroom and its own outdoor space (patio, balcony, and/or rooftop). All rooms come with daily housekeeping, a smart TV and a Bluetooth sound bar, premium furnishings, and air conditioning. The property has filtered, potable water on most sinks, and two filtered and regularly cleaned ice machines. Additionally, there is a charming common courtyard and heated plunge / cocktail pool. Excellent fiberoptic Wi-Fi included. The first floor, or Garden Apartment, is a true 1 bedroom suite with a full bath, full kitchen, and living/dining area. This room is relaxing and spacious, and fully equipped for entertaining a few friends for dinner or drinks! The second floor contains both the King Studio and Twin Suite rooms. Both are furnished with a kitchenette containing a drip coffee maker, microwave, and mini refrigerator. The King Studio has the home's largest bathroom and wonderful natural light, while the Twin Suite is optimized for singles, with plenty of room, luxurious comfortable single beds, and a private balcony. The third floor of Casa Valentina is the show-stopping Penthouse. Gorgeous arched windows give way to sweeping city and ocean views, letting in refreshing natural light, and immersing you in all PV has to offer. The Penthouse is a loft-style set up, with a full kitchen, living area, and bath. This unit has rooftop access, where you can entertain for 8 with a full dining set, grill, ice maker, and patio set. Guest access NOTE: Casa Valentina is ONLY accessed by stairs. As such, this guesthouse is not optimal for all guests. Please be aware that Casa Valentina is not responsible for failure to recognize this access feature before booking. Casa Valentina does not have any dedicated parking spots, but street parking may be available on Francisca Rodriguez or Rodolpho Gomez. By foot, you can access the bars, restaurants, and nightlife of Zona Romantica easily and quickly from Casa Valentina (~3 minute walk). Playa de los Muertos (LGBTQ friendly beach) is 15-20 minutes by foot, or ~6 minutes by inexpensive ride share. Other things to note Looking for something for a smaller group?
