The dinning room features a large dinning table that gives everyone a view of the amazing sunsets Lake Ontario has to offer. You will also have access on this floor to a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, large half bath and interior entrance to the heated garage. When it is time to wind down, this home gives the ultimate space with a unique feature that you do not find in most homes second floor: Two stair cases that lead to totally different areas in the house. Coming up your first set of stairs you will find a large bedroom that features a king size bed, two twin beds, large closet, a private bathroom with a shower, and views of the lake. The second set of stairs lead to a much larger part of the home that has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Main bedroom with a king size bed, two dedicated work spaces, closet space, private full bathroom with a shower and wall to wall views of the lake. Next you will find a smaller bedroom that has twin bunk beds with closet space, and a unique ceiling fan. The hall features a small closet for storage and a large full bathroom with a tub and a stacked washer and dryer. Down the hall are two more bedrooms, one of them having a single bed with dedicated work space, and the other having a queen bed with closet space. There is more then enough room to enjoy quality time with everyone or escape to have some privacy while enjoying the views, sounds and breeze coming from Lake Ontario.
