Your stay includes amenity cards to the recreational facilities at the Seabrook Island Club, less than a mile away. This updated beach house features a reverse floor plan with all the living space on the upper level. The open plan living area has hardwood flooring, a high beamed ceiling, lots of natural light and comfortable seating with a 55” flat screen TV for entertainment. The dining table seats 8 and there are extra bar stools at the quartz bar. The kitchen is updated with and offers a Sub-Zero refrigerator, quartz countertops, custom cabinets, and is fully stocked. It’s a chef's dream! 3648 Cobia Court comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 4 well-appointed bedroom suites, each with a TV. The upper level primary suite features a king bed and beautiful modern bathroom with a deep claw foot tub and large custom tile shower. The lower level offers 3 bedrooms, each with a renovated, full bath. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds and a shower/tub combo, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and beautiful bath with a large tile shower, Bedroom 4 has a king bed and full private bath with shower/tub combo. The screened porch off the kitchen is a great area to relax after a day in the sun and has a ceiling fan and TV. The additional open decks both upstairs and downstairs have lots of seating and a gas grill is located downstairs with an outdoor shower too! The home sits on a large lot with exceptional landscaped grounds. Walk to the beach or take a scenic bike ride (less than a mile) to the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village. Other things to note Seabrook Island Amenities: Your stay does NOT include amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club. If you would like to purchase amenity access for your stay, please contact our local reservations team. Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available. Beach Access: Boardwalk access from the home. Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this residence. Parking: There is plenty of parking in the private driveway with a maximum number of 4 vehicles. Guests do not have access to the garage.
