If you’re looking for a peaceful staycation on the North Yorkshire coast, look no further than Driftwood in Skinningrove. This welcoming and homely apartment sleeps up to five guests so it’s the perfect retreat for families, groups of friends and those travelling for work. Ideally located to explore the coastal village and the area, you’ll have plenty to discover right on your doorstep. The space Driftwood has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Modern in style, the kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster so you can prepare meals easily during your stay. With a flat screen TV and a large comfy corner sofa, the living area is perfect for relaxing after a day on Skinningrove’s beautiful beach, visiting one of the area’s attractions or a busy day at work. The apartment has two bedrooms. Head to the master bedroom and you’ll find a tranquil space with a double bed and ample storage space along with bedside tables and lamps. Ideal for children and teenagers, the second bedroom boasts a double bed as well as a separate single bed. Bright and modern, the family bathroom boasts a bathtub with overhead shower, WC and wash basin. Bridge House Court Apartments are home to seven separate apartments with a maximum capacity of 23. If you are looking for a stay for a large group there are often opportunities to rent several apartments together. Please send us an email with your preferred dates for availability and prices. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to Driftwood are accessed via a secure key safe, full details of which will be provided prior to your stay. Ample on-site parking is available in a communal car park.
