Situated in the heart of Ludlow's old town a few minutes from its wonderful 11th century castle and wealth of shops, market, pubs and restaurants, this well equipped property is full of charm and character, an inglenook fireplace and wood burner, perfect for a romantic evening. The owner lives in Ludlow and provides that personal touch to ensure you have a wonderful time. Babysitting is also available. The space Access to the house is via the passageway and a door on the right-hand-side. This takes you into a small hallway. The door opposite leads into the dining-room where there is also comfy seating for four around the inglenook fireplace. A door leads into the well equipped kitchen and there is a doorway into the courtyard. From the hallway climb the stairs to the first landing, there are handrails. There is a very sunny, light and spacious sitting room with windows front and back. The family bathroom with a big bath, handbasin and WC, and very ornate Moroccan tiles, is next door. Another flight of stairs takes you to the second floor. The door on the right leads onto the room with two single beds and the second door leads into the master bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom with WC, handbasin and shower. The ceilings are high, but most of the doors are low so please be careful walking around the house to avoid bumping your head. Other things to note Parking is by number plate recognition so you will need to let me have your car registration before you arrive so I can put it on the system. Parking is at a premium so every house in the town centre has just one parking permit. If you arriving as two groups you will need to unload your things and then drive to Smithfield's car park and pay for parking here, £3.50 per day. On Mill Street itself it costs £2.20 per hour. From Smithfield's car park walk out of the main entrance and turn left. Immediately after the police station turn left into an alleyway. Continue to the bottom and cross Old Street. Continue along St John's Road with the town walls on your right hand side. At the Broad Gate enter the town and turn left into Silk Mill Lane. Continue to the end of the the lane and turn right into Mill Street, you will see the house up the road on the left hand side. It's about a 10 minute walk.
