This historic home is available for rent to host reunions, showers, small parties, etc. Please note, there is an upcharge if your party has more than 4 overnight guests. The space There is 1 bedroom on the main level that is a twin with a twin trundle bed. Second level has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 futons. The third level has a queen bed and 2 twin beds. 10 beds and 2 futons total. Other things to note Our base fee advertised is for up to 4 overnight guests. Additional overnight guests are an additional fee per person per night. All overnight guests must be registered before they stay. If it is determined unregistered guest have stayed overnight, the booking party agrees to pay the additional amount owed.
