The 90 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of the Lindenhof and can be reached from the rustic paved courtyard side. The space From here, another door leads to the spacious, 16 sqm kitchen. Already here you will clearly see what you will expect in many other places of the apartment: a very rustic furnishings using historical building materials, which are not lacking in any place. Thus, the floor of the kitchen is designed with clay tiles, which were located several hundred years ago on the grain floor of a half-timbered house. The kitchen cabinets and E appliances are all walled and nicely plastered, the countertops are made of a thick, solid beech top. You can cook either on the ceramic hob or on the two adjacent gas hobs. A fridge, a dishwasher and a microwave are of course also available. Of course, there is also a basic equipment with usual spices, garbage bags, etc. in the kitchen. As a heating option, there is a quaint, round fireplace, which can be heated with wood. The kitchen is directly open to the adjoining dining room and only separated by a few huge and gnarled oak beams. The dining room is dominated by a large, coarsely carved oak table with appropriate seating furniture, which fits very well with the solid wooden floorboard. Furthermore, an antique buffet cabinet serves here as a storage location for the dining fee. From the dining room, you enter the approx. 20 sqm living room. The dining room and living room are separated by a half-timbered wall, which is walled with historic bricks and clay, giving both rooms a cozy ambience. The other walls of the living room consist partly of ancient half-timbered, partly of rustic plaster in Mediterranean colors. Here you can make yourself comfortable after a long hike on the large, cozy corner sofa, which offers enough space for the whole family (the sofa can also be converted into a bed for 2 people). The apartment has 2 bedrooms: In the larger bedroom there is a double bed (160 200 x cm cm) cm. The clothes can be accommodated in an antique laundry cabinet. The second bedroom has two cozy bunk beds, each measuring 90 x 200 cm and built as a bunk bed between two half-timbered constructions. There is also a quaint built-in closet here, which offers space for laundry, but also other things. From this bedroom, a patio door leads into the garden. But maybe after a strenuous bike ride but also prefer to take a hot bubble bath in the bathtub of the bathroom to relax a little? In addition to the said bathroom, which may be equipped with a shower partition and may therefore also be used as shower, the bathroom is of course still equipped with a toilet and a washbasin. The apartment is completed by a storage room, which contains a washing machine and can still be stored, for example, drinks crates and the like. In hopefully nice weather, you can also make yourself comfortable on the garden furniture, which are located on the large outdoor seating area. This is partly covered in case the sun should seem too fierce. Additionally we offer the garden as well as a fire and barbecue area for shared use.
