Our home has 9ft ceilings and feels cozy and spacious at the same time. Our A/C unit is Kickin and keeps you cool in the summer. 70" Smart HDTV in the living room. Couches are leather and recline with side buttons. Our kitchen is spacious with a full size fridge and a snack drawer for the littles. Every room in our home including the kitchen and living room have ceiling fans. Our Backyard is enclosed with plenty of seating and a nice big grill with filled propane tank ready for grilling! Fun Fact: Our home has rich history and it was moved to its current location in 1944. Yes, Our home is older but it was built well with charming little finds through out. You will find that the Inside of our Yuma Downtown Cottage is nice and cool! Our walls are original and made of plaster in the main living areas and that helps keep our home cooler in the summer time. In addition, our air conditioner is top notch and will keep you cool during our hot summer months! If you would like to go for a swim Marcus pool is just a quick walk, it’s only one block up from our home. If you want to do the float down at the Colorado River you picked the right place! Our home is within a couple miles of that excursion. You will have access to our Laundry Room which is in our home. Our Backyard is fully enclosed with table & chairs which includes a table shade to keep the sun at bay. Our grill is a full size grill with side burner and side counter space. The grill also includes a propane tank that's ready for all your grilling needs! Guests will have access to the entire home including laundry room which is located inside our home. We have a Fully Fenced Back Patio with some yard space. The yard space is smaller and we are adding a sidewalk and Lanscaping. This is a process but we are getting there. That being said we have a large flagstone patio with a table, chairs and large grill for you to enjoy. Guests our welcome to call and text. We are 2 minutes from Downtown Main Street where we have plenty of shopping, restaurants, street fairs and farmers markets. We are less than a mile from the West Wetlands Pond, Park and Walking Trails. We are less than a mile from the I-8 Freeway which gives you fast access to Quechen Casino, Algodones Mexico, The Dunes, Z fun Factory and Waylons Water World! We are a 5min Drive to the Yuma Palms Mall and the Pacific Avenue Athletic Complex(PAAC). We are 2 miles from our local Hospital YRMC. We hope you enjoy our location of our Yuma Downtown Cottage. Our Neighborhood streets are easy to get around and we have free parking in our driveway for 2 cars and additional parking on the street in front of Airbnb. We are also with in walking distance to local favorite restaurants. We have several freeway access points close to our location. One is off of 4th Ave and the other is off Giss Parkway. Our 70" Smart HDTV is equipped for you to sign in to your streaming accounts. Please make sure when you have checked out that you have logged off of all of your streaming accounts. *We want you to know we love kids and yes we even have 2 of our own but PLEASE BE ADVISED our home is NOT Child Proof. With that being said we welcome you and your family and we want to make you are aware that our electrical outlets do not have plug-covers and our cabinets are not locked. *PETS will be considered but MUST be PRE-APPROVED and a NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee will be charged.
