Enjoy the pool, wading pool, timber playground, fenced preschool play area, basketball, tetherball, arcade, and junk-food store. Catch a baseball game on our Major League field or Little League field. Take a stroll to one of the ponds toward dusk where you can watch the beaver; you may be surprised by a Great Blue Heron feeding there as well. We are located on a lazy country road but are conveniently located within 5 miles of downtown Cooperstown, 2 grocery stores, an ATM, mini-golf course, ice cream stand, and restaurants. Less than 3 miles to Dreams Park, 15 miles to All-Star Village. You will need a car to get around the area. Taxis, Uber and Lyft can be unreliable. All 1-bedroom Housekeeping Cabins and all Tiny Houses have a private bathroom inside the cabin/house. There is a 2-burner stove but no oven as well as full-size fridge, cookware and dinnerware for 8. There is a TV/DVD but we have no TV player reception. We provide 5 pillows; you will need to bring pillowcases, sheets, blankets, towels, dish towels.
