You'll find 9'-0" ceilings in the first floor living areas in the original home, kitchen is closer to 8' with the barn beams, and the ceilings are 8'-0" upstairs in the bedrooms (except where sloped at the very outer edge - see pictures). We have been AirBNB'ing for several years in our family, and we've done our best to provide a clean, welcoming and relaxing venue for your vacation. The stairs in homes of this era are slightly steep, but we recently upgraded the railing to proper height. For a 1920 house, it’s in great shape, but has the “character” original wood floors one would expect. The home is truly one of a kind, very inviting and comfortable.
