These are located within the same property, with independent entrances, and with a capacity of up to 6 and 2 people The space "La Casa de Brunete" is a property that has 3,700 m2 of surface area, in which you will find the 220 m2 house on one floor, a 12x6 m pool plus a perimeter solarium area, a well-kept 1800 m2 garden with trees over 30 years old, fruit trees, ornamental gardens, a barbecue area, a 12 x 6 m wooden gazebo and much more!!! "Polaris Suite" is ideal for couples, located on the first floor, with incredible views of the plot, gardens, swimming pool, it is an exclusive and avant-garde space, equipped with a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 m, living room integrated in the room with decoration and designer furniture, full bathroom with shower, dressing room and a space to rest where you can find an office with all the necessary utensils for a breakfast or a small snack. (The apartments are an annex to the main rental with an additional price, consult according to the type of rental.) On the ground floor and with direct access from the plot, there is the "Magma Apartment", an ideal space to accommodate up to 6 people, distributed in two double rooms with double bed, one of which has an integrated sofa bed with two seats. It also has a full bathroom, a kitchen equipped with kitchenware for 6 people, as well as access to the outdoor garden independent of the main house. The apartments are an annex to the main rental with an additional price, consult according to the type of rental.
