The space Located in a low-density area and building (Sunchase), the condo offers a peaceful and charming environment with less crowding and more privacy on the beach. This complex boasts a gated heated pool with hot tub and a picnic/grilling area. You will be given 1 keycard to access the pool area. The unit is located on the 3rd floor. Note: The complex does not have an elevator. Inside, you'll find a spacious, open concept living area designed for family relaxation. The cozy living room is perfect for movie nights with free WiFi or unwinding after a fun day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare family meals, and the dining area is great for sharing meals and stories. BEACH ESSENTIALS Included with the home are beach chairs, sand toys, and beach towels. Beach access is just down the stairs! A pool card is provided to access the pool area and is located on the key hook by the front door. A $100 replacement fee will be charged for any lost/stolen key cards. Sleeping Arrangements Master: queen size bed Guest Bedroom: twin over queen bunk Living Room: queen size sofa sleeper Each bedroom includes a flat-screen TV. Full size bathroom with tub/shower combo comes equipped with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, hair dryer, starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, soap & toilet paper and is located across from the bedrooms. KITCHEN Expansive cabinetry with full size refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. Some small appliances include toaster, blender, traditional coffee maker and more. Starter pack of coffee, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and paper towels are provided. DINING The 4 person table and 4 person bar seating allows for family dinners in the same space. LAUNDRY This unit features a stackable washer and dryer with starter supply of laundry pods. Iron & ironing board is also included for all your laundering needs. We have always and will continue to perform a very thorough cleaning and disinfection program between every guest. Guest access There is assigned parking for one vehicle only. Parking Fee is 53.00. You will need to give us your email so that we can send instructions to register your vehicle. There is a limited number of visitor parking spaces that cannot be guaranteed. There is also additional parking for purchase across the street, but it is not guaranteed. HOUSE RULES: *We are a software-connected host/API Integrated so, per Airbnb, we are permitted to collect rental agreements outside of the Airbnb website. If you would like the Airbnb link on their policies regarding this, please let us know. *Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking. The rental agreement establishes all terms and conditions for the condo rental. Instructions will be sent after the balance is paid in full and the rental agreement is signed. *No Pets allowed. We love our pets but it is a HOA rule Other things to note The condo is just steps from the beach! No lugging beach equipment a long distance or crossing busy roads. Gated area with pool and hot tub just outside your door and down the stairs. The pool includes a kiddie section connected to the main pool and a hot tub with a water feature flowing into the main pool. Enjoy a great light feature at night, with beautiful, relaxing changing colors. The pool is heated during colder months. (1) Dedicated, covered parking spot marked “302” Shower/rinse area located near beach access area BBQ grill and picnic area overlooking the Gulf near beach access and pool area NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. We love our pets but it is a HOA rule.
