Guest access As a guest at Sunrise Point, you can explore the three acres freely. The property features two common area fire pits w/seating, outdoor dining, two large decks, dock, horseshoe, putting green, large pool with jacuzzi, two paddleboards, disc golf, Pickleball court, and lake access. Other things to note Only registered guests are allowed. A signed rental agreement and liability waiver must be on file prior to arrival!
