Our Belgrade Lakes, Great Pond waterfront home "Loon Struck" offers a peaceful quiet getaway or adventurous outdoor vacation. Crystal clear water with sandy gradual entry in a quiet cove. Modernized yet rustic camp with large screened porch located 15' from waters edge. Spacious double living room & separate kitchen allows family to find their own space or enjoy quality time together. Modern amenities include strong wifi & a flatscreen tv. Heater & gas fireplace for cooler nights. The space Cove location is great for paddlesports but allows easy access to deep water power watersports. Fantastic fishing for bass, trout, panfish (pike too)! Screened porch, level flat lawn for outdoor games, large dock and a piano too!! Outdoor grill, 2 kayaks, life vests and canoe included. Cook smores over the outdoor firepit. Only a few miles (5 minutes) from quaint Belgrade Lake Village (by boat or car) for dining & cute shops; and less than 20 miles (25 minutes) from larger shopping plazas, dining, movie theaters, Colby College, University of Maine Farmington, Waterville and the Maine Capital City of Augusta. Within an hour drive of Maine coast for an oceanfront/beach trip, Rockland whale watching or Freeport Outlet shopping. Price varies from $300 - 425 per night seasonally. Weekly 7 day minimum rental Saturday to Saturday for summer months (mid June season through Labor Day). 3 day minimum May 1 thru early June & Labor Day thru November 1. Linens and towels provided. Well water. Guest access Entire home, waterfront, and yard is exclusive to renter & guests.
