Princesa resort is in the popular Sandy Beach area and steps from the beach. The property offers breathtaking ocean views and relaxation. Princesa Resort has an onsite restaurant (Colin's Cantina), swim-up bar, sand volleyball and private beach cabanas. There are 3 pools and a hot tub, including a heated pool for the cool winter months. The condo is in a private gated resort with private parking and 24 hour security. The space Our beach front condo includes a private upstairs master suite with king bed, private balcony and en suite bathroom. On the main level there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Enjoy spectacular ocean views from our main floor balcony while relaxing on the patio furniture. Condo includes a full size kitchen, coffee maker and full size washer and dryer. Other things to note Please be advised that Rocky Point infrastructure is different from the United States. There are times where the water pressure in the building may fluctuate, especially during high usage times & holiday weekends. The majority of the time the water pressure to the condo is competently normal. Unfortunately we have no control over this as owners as it is just the nature of the infrastructure in Mexico.
