Pavilion on Pirates is a modern, well appointed 5 bedroom beach house literally steps away from the renown Eaglehawk Neck surf beach. Perfect for family getaways, small groups or romantic escapes. Absolutely stunning views of Pirates Bay incorporating Eaglehawk Neck beach, Clyde Island and the Hippolyte Rocks. The space Accommodation consists of 2 large living areas one of which is an open plan living, kitchen, dining and the other is a sunroom with sliding stacker doors on one side that open up to the sheltered, sunny courtyard. This makes a fabulous playing and entertaining area. In addition there are 5 bedrooms, a deck overlooking the beach, pool spa with a private heated shower, fully equipped kitchen, heaters in every room and wonderful children's playground. Only bedrooms required will be available. 4 guests gives access to 2 bedrooms, 6 guests 3 bedrooms etc. Rooms not booked will be locked off. Extra bedrooms are available for an extra charge. Plenty of onsite parking for cars and boats. Absolute beachfront. Surf beach literally steps away. 3 minute walk to the tessellated pavement Eaglehawk Neck boat ramp 5 minutes drive. We are the perfect base for tuna fishing trips. Onsite children's playground comprising of swings, climbing wall, monkey bars, and cubby house. Multi App Smart TVs, DVD collection, board games, cards, books for both adults and children, large range of children's toys. Pool spa with private heated shower. On days with same day turnover of guests the water temperature may not be at 37 degrees by the time you arrive if we have had to dump the water and refill We love having large groups to stay, but if you are wanting to party in the night then this isn't the property for you. Good relations with our neighbours are very important to us and is a matter we take very seriously.
