Effingham - Luxury Short & Long Term Stays

The Effingham is a beautiful apartment with a queen bed, fully equipped kitchen including an oven, high-speed Wifi, two smart TVs, Cogeco Cable, walk-in shower, keyless personalized entry. There is a one-story walk up from the front door. Coin operated laundry is steps away in a shared laundry room. Housekeeping is included weekly! HST is also included in the booking price. Other things to note Housekeeping falls on Mondays and Tuesdays, Nilda will arrive late morning or early afternoon on one of those days. She will clean, and change your towels and bed linens.
