Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Alexain, this typical house of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate until 7 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m² with a fireplace, an equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 400 m². The space The accommodation is composed as follows : - A living room of 30 m² with TV, a double sofa bed and a fireplace (wood not provided) - A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - Bedroom 1 and 2 with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3 with single bed - A bathroom with shower and bath - A separate toilet Outside : - A beautiful garden of 400 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wifi available (optical fiber). - The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation, one animal accepted during the stay. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
