The close proximity to Waco attractions such as The Magnolia Market and Baylor University, makes this the perfect spot for active days and restful evenings. The cabin is located on the property with a main residence of the owner. There is a fence in between for privacy. The deck is used for guests only, not shared with owner. The kitchen has a full size stove with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and an outdoor gas grill. If you chose to cook, all pots and pans, grilling utensils are available. There are STEPS down the main floor level to the kitchen and bathroom. This may be unsuitable for guests that have difficulty with steps or small children.
