Cypress Grove - Located on the waterfront of the Dog River. Located 10 minutes away from downtown Mobile and 40 minutes from Dauphin Island. Fishing, Kayaking, boating, water activities are all accessible from the property. Perfect home for multiple families to getaway together and reconnect with the most beautiful sunset views across the river. Pool heating is available as an optional add on for an additional $35 a day. **BOAT/ BOAT RENTAL NOT INCLUDED** ** NO HOT TUB on property** The space THE SPACE The home is 2400 sqft. of private living space situated on 1.42 acres. 3 bedrooms each have a king size bed, night tables, dresser and closets. The additional lower bedroom has two bunkbeds that are twin over full with a dresser, desk/office space and a 1/2 bath with the laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dining room featuring a large dining table that can seat 10 people. There are two full bathroom that both feature a single vanity sink with a tub/shower combo. There are two living room area's that both feature seating areas and tv's. There is a covered patio facing the pool and beautiful view into the backyard. There is a charcoal grill and smoker for your outdoor grilling needs. The front yard includes a nice wooded area and in the backyard towards the water there is a huge grassy area. The dock is perfect for fishing, swimming and just enjoying the water. Guest access Guest have full access to the entire property except the locked garage and storage area's. The property is serviced weekly by service professionals. Pool, lawn and pest maintenance occurs weekly. Please allow them to do their job as they will be by during your visit. The pool is typically served every Tuesday morning. Other things to note The pier, grill & smoker are not serviced by the cleaning staff. Please enjoy these amenities but please leave them in the condition you would like to find them when you'd arrive. ** The pool is equipped with a pool heater that is available as an optional add-on for $35 a day. When the pool heater is chosen, it is not a hot tub and only heats to 85 degrees. This can still feel cold during the winter or cold temperatures.** **There is no longer a hot tub at the property** **Boat/boat rental not included** **No lifeguard on duty** The use of the pool or river is at your own risk* ⚠️ Toxicity Warning: The property is in a tropical environment with environmental risks. There are Sago Palms on property that are highly toxic if ingested, especially to pets and small children. All parts of the plant — including the seeds, leaves, and roots — contain cycasin, a toxin that can cause serious illness or even be fatal if consumed. Guest Responsibility: Parents and pet owners: Please monitor children and pets closely while outdoors. Do not allow pets or children to chew on or handle the Sago Palm. If you suspect ingestion, seek medical or veterinary attention immediately. The host is not liable for any injury, illness, or harm while on the property.
