Please use parking spot # 3 and 4 or park on the front street. Guests will be required to walk around to the front of the house and up the stairs to the front door. Smart lock provides guests with easy, no contact entry. *Do not try and access the house through the side door next to the garage as this is a private entrance for the basement suite. Winter parking can be a challenge depending on the amount of snow we receive. Off street parking is permitted as long as the City of Fernie parking regulations are adhered to. Parking restrictions along with map will be available in the suite. Other things to note Long term tenants currently occupy the basement suite.
