LAYOUT The upper level consists of an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area plus two queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom with separate toilet. The spacious master bedroom opens out onto the deck. The lower level has a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, plus a combined laundry and bathroom. The toilet is separate. There is also a cosy loungeroom and small kitchenette on the ground floor with a TV. KITCHEN Conventional coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, full range of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. A starter supply of dishwashing and cleaning items. BYO ground coffee for the upstairs kitchen coffee machine. Coffee Pods provided for the downstairs Nespresso machine. Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning and linen pack fee applies to each booking. There is also a $1,000 refundable security bond and a $66 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee. This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than four cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home). Coastal midges and mosquitos are a part of life in the South-West, especially at dusk. They are very attracted to inside lights at night. We recommend that you keep doors and windows without screens closed to avoid insects entering the house. The best health advice is to wear long, loose clothing when outdoors and use insect repellant. Note: This home is kept cool thanks to cross-flow ventilation and ceiling fans. A cosy wood fire in winter is the main source of heating. Pet Policy Cats are not allowed. One small dog (10kg or less) may be permitted (you must seek prior permission) and your dog is not allowed on any furniture and must not be left unattended to bark or disturb the neighbours or you may face immediate eviction. Bring your own pet feeding bowls and sleeping bed. Clean up all dog droppings outdoors on departure or extra cleaning fees will apply if we have to do this. Dogs must be free of fleas and you will be held responsible if they damage furniture. Living room paper blinds must be kept in UP position out of reach of your dog at all times.
