The Breezy Knoll House is a cozy ranch home in Old Mystic CT. This beautiful home is located in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood 2.5 miles from downtown. There is so much to explore in Mystic including the Seaport, aquarium, downtown Mystic and so much more! It’s a short 5-15 minute drive to local beaches or 25 minutes to Misquamicut. We provide a travel guide full of information about our area including restaurants, pet friendly places, local events, and attractions. The space This is the ideal place for families or group of friends. We welcome a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Pets must be vaccinated and current with flea and tick prevention. Dogs must be crated if left unattended for any period of time. Please reach out before reserving if you wish to travel with your dog. There is a fully equipped kitchen for guests who prefer to dine in. All basic cookware and dishes are provided. We also supply an assortment of spices, teas and coffee. We supply gas for the outdoor grill. Please let us know if you replace the tank so we can refill the empty one for the next guests. Beach umbrellas and towels are also provided. There are three bedrooms on the main level with one full bath. We supply body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The finished basement boasts an additional bedroom, a second living room, and a laundry area. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home including fenced in garden. Other things to note Please note only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property unless discussed in advance. Our maximum capacity is 7 including children. We welcome families traveling with children. Please be aware that our home is not child proof. Child locks, gates, cribs, monitors etc. will not be provided. Four vehicles are allowed in the driveway. Guests are not permitted to park on the street. We have a strict noise policy. Quiet hours are 9pm to 9am. Disturbances to our neighborhood will not be tolerated.
