Walk up the 4 cement exterior stairs, and you will be led into our enclosed patio space with a table and chairs, to enjoy the outside natural light. Consists of a full kitchen, formal dining room, office, half bath, and post dinner record room. Added a brand new coffee bar featuring two French presses, drip coffee, pour over and espresso machine. Step back in time in our post dinner record room, with an antique inspired light fixture, a globe that if you open provides you with some glasses to enjoy your favorite post dinner beverage, and some records, mostly broadway and jazz. The home has free fast Wi-Fi for all your zoom meetings, or work needs. Up the stairs you will come across our full bath, with shower/tub combo, detachable shower head, You will also be provided with complimentary toiletries in the event that you forgot something during your travels. You will also find extra towels here. The second floor consists of all 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, but can sleep 6. We have extra linens in the hall closet. We also have a pack and play upon request. One of our bedrooms contains some classic sets of novels as well as board games to keep busy during your stay. We have a fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. We have a Keurig with drip coffee, we supply the local ground coffee from a nearby coffee shop. We also have keurig pods with chai, hot cocoa, and coffee with to go cups in arms reach so you can take your favorite beverage with you. In the basement we have a free washer/dryer and we also have free private parking that can fit 2-3 cars in the driveway to the right of the house when looking at it. ***Any booking greater than 28 days will have to have a separate month to month lease agreement signed and will have a refundable deposit owed. *** ***things to note, stairway leading upstairs is a bit steep, unable to place a baby gate safely. Kids are welcome, just note that small children will have to have a watch on them from an adult also staying at the home. The sofa bed upstairs can sleep an adult, but most comfortable for child/teen. all bedrooms are on second floor and there are 4 cement steps that lead up to the patio to enter home this home is not ADA accessible. *** Guest access All areas available to guests except the attic and garage outside for owner storage. Other things to note Feel free to message me with any questions you may have about this home. To maintain the safety and respect to the surrounding neighborhood, we do not allow smoking or drugs of any kind in the home. And no firearms or weapons. We care about our neighbors and neighborhood. Please keep loud volume in home down after 10pm and before 6am. There are no parties or events allowed in home or on the property. Please no guests on property or in home without prior host approval. No overnight guests not currently on the reservation. If there is any evidence of drugs in the home, or evidence of a party during your stay there will be issued a $250- $500 extra fee, and may also cause early eviction with no refund of any sort provided. Stairs are a little bit steep in home and unable to be baby gated. Please take that into consideration before booking this home. Please make sure to also note that pets are not allowed.
