The house is located above the garage and is completely separate from the main house. Guests who rent the apartment do not have access to the entire grounds unless the main house is vacant. If main house is rented access is limited to front porch, back deck and the driveway for parking along with the inside of the apartment. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door, above the garage and on the back patio area. They do not look into any interior spaces. - If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
