Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Manson, you will be provided easy access to all the attractions and amenities the area has to offer. The main living area is upstairs and offers plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment, with a cozy electric fireplace and comfortable seating. The patio provides the perfect spot for outdoor lounging and dining, with a hot tub where you can unwind and soak under the stars. For guests bringing their furry friends along, the large grass yard is fully fenced, providing a safe and secure space for your dogs to play. Inside, the home is well-equipped and well-stocked for all your lake getaway needs, with modern amenities and cozy furnishings to ensure a comfortable stay. Whether you're enjoying a game of pool in the recreation area, a movie night with the family, or simply relaxing in the hot tub, Lake Vineyard Escape offers something for everyone to enjoy. And with its convenient location near downtown Manson, you'll have easy access to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities galore. HOME & PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS: - 4 bedrooms (3 queen beds and bunk beds with a full on the bottom and twin on top) - 2.5 baths - WiFi - 3 Smart TVs - Fully stocked kitchen - Game room with ping pong table, foosball, card table & games - Washer/Dryer - Hot Tub - Deck with outdoor dining and BBQ (gas propane provided) - Walk to downtown Manson -PLEASE NOTE: the home does not have central AC, however, there are 4 mini splits & 1 wall unit in the home that help keep it cool; the bunk room & downstairs bedroom do not have a mini split. Additionally, all bedrooms have ceiling fans. CHELAN COUNTY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR LAKE VINEYARD ESCAPE: 1. Max Occupancy: 8 guests 2. Max number of vehicles: 4 vehicles 3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat) 4. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles 5. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties 6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF MANSON OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: 1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations) 2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee 3. Immediate eviction 4. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate Chelan County Vacation Rental Permit # 000260 PETS ALLOWED: We allow a max of two dogs only for a $150 per dog pet fee. Please review rental agreement and welcome packet for more details about bringing dogs. CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES: For security purposes, we have one outdoor camera overlooking the driveway/parking area and where the trash cans sit. This camera monitor weather, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras. PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS: Parking is permitted for 4 vehicles. Unfortunately, there is no room for trailers (RVs, boats, jet skis, etc) and blocking the shared driveway, neighbor’s home and access to the trash bins is not allowed. If you plan to bring a trailer, please contact us for additional details for where to park. The nearest boat launch is Mill Bay Park. Please contact your host for more information. HOT TUB MAINTENANCE: Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. VISITING LAKE CHELAN: Lake Chelan has a lot to offer to every group and family. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Manson has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners). GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: 1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking 2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID 3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported. *Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits More information will be provided in our Rental Agreement and Welcome Packet. Other things to note For the comfort of all guests and in accordance with insurance liability and the Chelan County vacation rental code, NO visitors are allowed if this EXCEEDS the home’s maximum guest and vehicle count. This includes vendors such as private chefs, hair stylists, makeup artists, and similar services. A $250 fine per person/vehicle per day will be applied. This home is designed for relaxation, connection, and quiet enjoyment—not for parties or large, loud gatherings. Please note that no parties or events are permitted. Guests are welcome to celebrate responsibly, but this is not a home for loud music, heavy drinking, or late-night noise. The neighborhood values peace and privacy, and we ask that all guests do the same so everyone can enjoy their time at Lake Chelan.
