The space This beach front condo style home is 1 of a 3 unit property. This particular unit is 2,071 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building. There is an identical 2,071 sq. ft. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms unit on the 3rd floor. These units have separate doors connected by 2 flights of stairs. The first floor has a foyer entrance to the stairs and a garage. There is also another separate third unit that is occupied by the owners and not connected to this building. This unit is an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining room, mini office space and living room with beach views. The kitchen has a large island flanked by two bar stools and it comes fully stocked. It also comes with complimentary coffee, hot cocoa, cream and sugar. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a comfy memory foam mattress. The newly updated large master bathroom has a rain fall shower, large bath tub and an extra vanity. The second bedroom is roomy with a queen size bed with memory foam mattress. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 full size memory foam mattresses and a large bean bag to lounge in. The newly renovated hallway bath has a double vanity with stand up shower. New modern outdoor patio with gas bbq grill and sitting area. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home and beach amenities, we have external security cameras located at the driveway, front door, and beach pathway. Guest access There are up to 2 parking spaces on the property at no additiona cost. Grocery store, coffee, and restaurants 3 mins away. Other things to note For stays longer than 30 days, we'll require $600 refundable security deposit, an additional $200 monthly cleaning fee and a signed rental agreement which we will provide.
