The space Casa Piero is a standalone home just few minutes by car from Alba's historic center, in a quiet residential area surrounded by hills. The apartment is located entirely on the first floor of the house. On the ground floor: garage and private garden. The house has 3 bedrooms. The price and the number of available bedrooms depend on the number of guests: for 2–4 people, 2 bedrooms will be prepared, but the third bedroom can be used with an additional charge of €15 for bed linens. For 5–6 people, all three bedrooms will be prepared. Your comfort is my priority: I’ve carefully chosen the furnishings, high-quality mattresses, and soft bed linen to make sure you can truly relax and rest during your stay. Perfect also for longer stays, with all the comforts of home. The apartment is entirely on the first floor (accessed by wide, easy stairs), while on the ground floor you'll find the garage with covered parking and the outdoor garden, with a dining area, solarium, and a private pool exclusively for guests (usually open from June to September). Other things to note Especially for longer stays or during peak months, I may need to access the garden (only the outdoor area, no access to the apartment) to ensure proper maintenance of the greenery and the pool.
