Linens & Towels included (Pool & Beach towels not included) Brand New Washer/Dryer *The pontoon boat in the pictures is our own personal boat and while it is not "officially" part of the rental, we offer to take all our guests out for a sunset cruise as a complimentary excursion, weather & schedules permitting. We’ve also taken some guests out so they could fish further out in the bay. This is a feature you will not find at any other property here in Sandbridge! We will coordinate this with you during your stay. Max # of guests per ride is no more than 10 or a weight max. All pictures you see are updated and an actual and true representation of what you will see and get when you arrive. No photo touch ups or outdated pictures! Flexible check-in & check-out days. Great Blue Herons, Ospreys & Bald Eagles can be seen soaring by and hanging out on our dock and bulkhead - just check out the pictures of our majestic visitors! And it is a very quick and easy walk to the oceanfront/beach. You get the best of everything with a (new in 2023) big 48' inground pool overlooking the bay, a big boat dock perfect for fishing, boat launch (for your boat - limited size, or your jet skis), we provide 2 complimentary tandem kayaks w/life vests & paddles & you can locally rent paddleboards, as well as bicycles! Many guests have enjoyed fishing off of our dock (check out their pictures!) AND, you can also swim right in the bay if you wish! Full waterfront views from the entire first floor (both bedrooms and the main kitchen/living area) as well as your own private covered patio deck for outdoor dining and relaxing! Your own outdoor gas grill is provided for your use. The kitchen is fully furnished and features a range/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and multiple small appliances, as well as a large walk-in pantry/storage area. We also include additional dishes & glasses appropriate for outdoor dining. A pack-&-play and high chair are also available upon request. The suite has 2 large bedrooms with comfy bedding for a great night sleep and 2 full bathrooms with additional sleeping options between 2 other sofa sleepers. Full sleeping capacity is 12 if you make use of all spaces. A rolling twin cot is also available upon request. The roomy primary bedroom has a king bed and a full-size sofa sleeper, a 42” TV & private bath. The other large bedroom features a king bed and double queen bunk beds, flat screen 42” TV with a large bathroom, double sinks private toilet room & walk-in shower. There is a smaller secondary TV area (42") that has a queen sofa sleeper with a great memory foam mattress. The Suite has its own private entrance and parking separate from the main part of the house where the owners (2 quiet adults only) reside on the 2nd & 3rd floors. That means that the Suite is part of a house where the owners reside but a separate and private area with separate entrance and parking. Important things to know about this rental: This property is not child-proof. Parents are responsible for their children. Children are not allowed to swim unsupervised and there is no diving in the pool as it is not deep enough. No pets and no smoking or vaping at all anywhere in or on the property This is a family-friendly property, not a party one. Vulgar and “excessive” loud noise/music outdoors that can be heard by neighbors will not be tolerated, especially after 10 PM, due to the City of Virginia Beach Ordinance and out of respect for our neighbors and our awesome community. Minimum 4 Night stay booking You must provide / bring all other water safety equipment needs, outside of the life vests we provide. All participation in water activities, whether it be in the pool, the bay, or the ocean, is at your own risk. Bring your own pool/beach towels as they are not provided. Do NOT bring bath towels to the beach, pool, on a boat or to use after swimming in the bay. Our home is NOT equipped to accommodate the charging of electric cars, nor do we allow it so please plan accordingly. Additional charges will be assessed if guests choose to disregard this. We provide a Keurig & a Traditional Drip Coffee Maker & starter coffee & creamers. Maximum Occupancy is 12 people. No additional guests permitted overnight. Owners quickly respond to your needs or concerns. This property is managed by Our Sand Castle LLC. Parking notes: Parking is limited to 2 designated parking pads. Max cars is 4-6 depending on size. Do not park on actual driveways or the street. Guest access Guests have full access to the first floor Suite, their own private covered patio with outdoor dining tables & chairs, boat dock & launch, 48' inground pool with your own PRIVATE deck space around the pool just for YOU that has loungers, tables & chairs. You also have access to 2 parking pads, specifically dedicated to Airbnb guests. Parking is limited to a total of 5-6 vehicles, size depending. 2-3 can park on the parking PAD on the RIGHT side driveway and 2-3 can park on the PAD on the LEFT side driveway. Other things to note Important things to know about this rental: You will be required to sign and return a Rental Agreement & provide a copy of your Driver's License upon booking. This will be emailed to you & it must be returned within 48 hrs of receiving. There are no surprises and most of the information is contained throughout this listing. We do require you to sign a release of liability waiver prior to the use of our kayaks or going on our boat with us. Bring your own pool/beach towels as they are not provided. Do NOT bring bath towels to the beach, pool, on a boat or to use after swimming in the bay. Our home is not equipped to accommodate the charging of electric cars, nor do we allow it so please plan accordingly. Additional charges will be assessed if guests choose to disregard this.
