We’re happy to provide a travel cot and high chair – just let us know in advance and we’ll have them ready for your stay. 🏖 Perfect Location Situated on Clarence Parade, you’ll be: ▪ Just a few steps from Southsea Beach and Southsea Common ▪ Surrounded by shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and a huge selection of places to eat and drink – all within a 5-minute walk ▪ Close to key attractions like the D-Day Story, Southsea Castle, and the Historic Dockyard 🚗 🅿 Parking Included Your stay includes free parking permits for one vehicle, allowing you to park on the road for free. While generally available, please note that parking may be busier during peak times and local events due to the unbeatable location. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the apartment for their stay. A lockbox is located at the building entrance where you can collect the keys on arrival. All guest details, including photo ID, are collected prior to your stay so that access on the day is simple. Other things to note Guests are required to complete an online check-in form at least 24 hours before arrival (or same day for last-min bookings). Details (including photo ID) for all guests aged 16 or over will be required. International visitors are required to provide passport/National ID details. The property is on the second floor and there are steps leading from street level to the entrance. A lift is available in the building via a different entrance (still has approx 12 steps up to entrance). Guests must be comfortable with the stairs as access will only be possible via the stairs during regular servicing and maintenance of the lift. Evacuation in an emergency is also only possible via the stairs and is why this property is not suitable if you are not able to climb stairs. Free Parking is on the street. Your booking comes with permits for 1 vehicle that will give you free parking on the nearby roads around the apartment block. Due to the prime location note that parking may be busier during peak times and is available on a first-come first-served basis. Fees for smoking/additional cleaning and for late check-out will apply (see house rules).
