We look forward to welcoming you into our lovely apartment. It’s perfectly positioned offering restaurants nearby and great views just a short stroll away. The Royal William Yard in its entirety is the largest collection of grade 1 buildings in Europe. Built Circa 1830’s and used as a Royal Navy Victualling depot it now houses delicious restaurants, quirky shops, luxurious apartments, and also hosts arts & crafts fairs. Set within an historic grade 1 listed naval building, the apartment itself has a modern but cozy decor and sits on the waters edge. Lovely for romantic strolls and picturesque sunsets, we treasure this little gem and we have no doubt you will feel the same during your stay. Guest access Our guests have full access to the apartment from the main entrance but do not have access to the carpark side door. Our check-in windows are usually between 12-3pm or 5-8pm weekdays or 12-8pm weekends, however we also offer self check-in if you need to check-in outside of these hours. Other things to note Terms and conditions: Please read carefully. 1. No additional people or pets are allowed to stay in the property, only those named on the booking, and all guest names must be on the booking. 2. Parking is free for your stay but only when pre-arranged with us. In order to benefit from free parking, you will need to tell us your planned arrival and departure times, your car model, colour, and registration number, and you are only permitted to park in the designated areas specified in the welcome document. Any parking fines attained from parking incorrectly or in the wrong area should be paid immediately by the vehicle owner/driver. If you fail to pay for any fines we may also charge you a fee for the inconvenience caused to release from our parking whitelist, but the fine will still be outstanding. Alternatively you can also purchase parking tickets onsite at the machine terminal or pre-purchase online before arrival. Search Royal William Yard, Plymouth. 3. Strictly no pets allowed in the property or the surrounding building for short term guests. 4. Fair Usage – Heating, Energy & Utilities. Heating and utilities are included in the booking on a fair-usage basis. To ensure reasonable comfort for all guests while preventing excessive or wasteful energy use, the property operates under the following policy: Comfort Range: The heating system is intended to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. For this purpose, the thermostat may be set to operate within a normal residential range of approximately 18°C to 21°C. Temperature Limits & Remote Management: The property uses a smart thermostat. The host reserves the right to remotely apply temperature limits within the above comfort range. This ensures the property remains adequately heated while preventing waste. Guest Responsibilities: Guests must agree to use heating and utilities responsibly, including keeping windows and external doors closed when heating is operating. Excessive Use: Use of heating or utilities in a manner that is clearly excessive, unreasonable, or inconsistent with normal residential use and time of year may be considered a breach of these terms and may result in additional charges or intervention to bring usage back within reasonable limits. Do not try to enter or change the thermostat settings. Please be aware that we charge for un-necessary call-outs. Fair usage amounts also apply to the electricity. This will also be monitored to ensure no abnormal use or wastage is apparent. 5. Lost keys are charged at £60 per fob and £20 for the key. 6. All incidents and accidents are to be reported regardless of size/type. Breakages are chargeable to your account, although some minor accidents in this regard will likely be waived if reported. 7. You must abide by the checkout procedures and vacate by 10am latest to avoid fees. By completing a booking, guests acknowledge and accept this fair-usage policy, and agree to pay for additional costs resulting from any of the points above.
