It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room with a working fireplace (insert), an open, fully-equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 400 m². The space The accommodation comprises - A 50 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood provided), sofas and a dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A master bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a shower room and wc. - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a shower room. - Separate WC. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A spa pool (3.90m x 3m) for 4 to 5 people, open from 15 April to 30 October. - A sauna for 3 people, open from 15 April to 15 October. - A terrace and a garden of 450 m², facing south, completely enclosed by a fence, with an outdoor shower and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other things to note Other remarks : - The accommodation is partially accessible. As the first floor is being renovated, you will not be able to access it. - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wifi available.
