This clean & comfortable house has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Well stocked cupboards, free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Xbox & Nespresso coffee machine! Comfortable beds which are fully made with quality linen & hotel quality towels. Less than a 7 minute walk to the Port Hughes beach and a couple of minutes walk to the Dunes Golf Course. Also a short stroll to the Port Hughes Tavern, Store, Jetty and kids play ground making this location perfect for a relaxing and fun beach getaway! The space Our house is modern and light with a lovely floor plan ideal for family stays or couples. To make your stay more enjoyable, we make your bed/s for you prior to arrival. We supply bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels and our kitchen cupboards are stocked with great cookware, black tea, herbal tea, instant and Nespresso coffee capsules for use in our Nespresso coffee machine. We supply cooking oil and a large range of herbs and spices. Bathroom cupboards have shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and body wash plus more! We have a 65 inch smart TV installed with free Netflix available and unlimited Wi-Fi to make your stay more enjoyable. A Bonus Brand New TV in the master bedroom for your enjoyment, relaxing in bed. Entry to the house via the front door or through a private entry once inside the garage. Downstairs we have two private bedrooms with two comfortable King Single Beds in each, which can easily be placed together to make a full King size bed should you require. Side tables with a bed side lamp and extra pillows make these rooms very cosy indeed! The downstairs bathroom is private and very spacious with a shower, deep bath, hand basin and toilet. The laundry is opposite the bathroom and has everything you could require for your stay within the storage cupboard. We provide laundry liquid, bucket/s, pegs, laundry basket, some beach towels plus more! We supply a front loader washing machine and cleaning equipment. We do have a flight of stairs to access the upstairs Kitchen, Dining, Lounge Room, private single toilet and Master Bedroom. The space upstairs is the main living and entertaining area and it is airey and very relaxing. With a lovely balcony outside to sit and enjoy the sunset and peaceful surrounds with a beverage of your choice. The upstairs space also contains a third private and separate toilet for your convenience which is apart from the master bedroom.....excellent addition to make your stay even more comfy! The kitchen is well stocked and a lovely open space to prepare a family meal with heaps of bench space and cooking equipment. As mentioned, we have an abundance of tea and coffee available with a Nespresso coffee machine for those who prefer instead of instant coffee! The Master Bedroom has a comfortable King size bed with an ensuite attached. The ensuite has a double shower, large basin and toilet. A large walk in wardrobe is also off the Master Bedroom. This is a large and spacious room and fits a porta cot in here very well if travelling with an infant. Our house is family friendly and we welcome small children, providing a safety child gate to block the entry way upstairs (upon request). We also provide for small children a toy basket, books, high chair/s, porta cot/s, baby bath and child friendly dinner ware. Entry to the large, secure and private outdoor patio and BBQ area is via a door at the bottom of the stairs. Very relaxing space with BBQ and a lovely sea breeze. Also a clothes line out here! This space is private and fully fenced. Ducted heating OR air-conditioning flows into each room both upstairs and downstairs making your stay very comfortable no matter what the weather conditions! Control panel is upstairs for easy operation and adjustment. Nice and cool for summer and yet cosy and warm space for winter and cooler weather! Come and unwind at our place, it is super clean and very well thought out for couples, individuals or small groups...... Guest access You will have access to the entire house for your stay and the secure garage is available for use, including the entertainment BBQ area out the back which is private and fully secured. Other things to note The house also includes an xbox with games provided and DVD's that can be played through the unit also. A few games are included as well and you are always welcome to just relax and enjoy a book on the balcony!! Please note the location can receive quite a wind coming through at times being near the beach...whilst every effort to ensure our back entertaining area is clean, it is near impossible to keep it leaf free and tidy once a wind comes through....we do apologise for this!
