Now home to two widely recognized creatives, this lower level space was both uniquely and artistically designed. With each turn you will feel the effort that went in to making this a memorable experience for all. From the amazing home theater to the thoughtfully designed rooms, this is an artist retreat. The space * THIS IS FOR THE LOWER LEVEL ONLY* Welcome to The King House: A place where Oprah danced, Roy Orbison sang, a Nashville Mayor and Civil Rights protestors met and all were welcomed. Boasting 2,200 square feet, this lower level remodel is nestled in a quiet, historic, residential area, yet only a short walk from the award-winning restaurants and shops on 12 South. With plenty of space for larger groups, and a fenced in patio with cold plunge and BBQ, this home is sure to provide a relaxing environment between sightseeing. Sit and drink coffee with friends, or hold a writers round! Either way you will find comfort •Movie Theater Room: Sit back, relax, and enjoy the show – quite literally – in the amazing leather reclining chairs! We also have a wine cooler to chill your wine! •First Bedroom: Three built in twin beds, perfectly designed for sleepovers! •Bedroom Two: Queen Bed •Bedroom Three: Queen Bed •Bedroom Four: Twin Bed with Queen bed Guest access This is a remodeled lower level (walk-out). Guests will have the entire space + 2 spots for parking. Street parking is also allowed. Other things to note As stated, this place has a KITCHENETTE only. The stove is a portable stovetop/ range. This allows for two pans / pots to be used at a time. The kitchenette has everything a normal kitchen would have accept a stove/oven. We also provide air fryer and crock pot.
