The house has a stairway by the entrance that leads to your floors of the house so that you have full privacy. Downstairs which is fully separated from your house floors and is currently rented by a tenant with a couple of small dogs. The place now has a backup battery/generator in the case of power outage and also very fast Starlink Internet. Guest access The whole 3rd floor of the house with the studio apartment. The 4th roof floor with a private infinity pool and terrace including BBQ kitchen area. A second bedroom in case you book for more than 2 guests or tell us before. A laundry room is available on the 1st floor on request. Other things to note If there are no guests before you or after, the check-in and check out window is flexible during the whole day. If you are less than 3 people and need the Second Bedroom you need to inform me beforehand to get it prepared as it is a process to get it ready and cleaned.
