I Gergoni - House Myriam

The apartment of about 130 square meters has: a large sitting/dining room with fireplace; a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwashing machine; four double/twin beds rooms; three bathrooms; private garden with BBQ. The space I Gergoni is the right place to spend a serene holiday, in a sound and quiet environment, close to historic cities rich in art (Rome and Florence can be reached by train in around one and a half hours) as well as small untouched medieval villages. Here you can blend relaxation, outdoors activity and culture according to your wish. Our place is located near Monteleone di Orvieto, a small village in the Chiana valley, on a hill rich in oaks, from the centuries old oaks that surround the houses, to those that populate the nearby woods. It was in the old times a lively farm, secluded on the top of a small hill, with houses for farmers and workers as well as stables for horses and barns for cows. Nowadays the houses have been converted to host guests with all the comfort of modern times, while keeping the charm and style of the old tradition. We have four apartments, obtained by restoring the typical old stone buildings, are carefully and completely furnished using vintage furniture creating an intimate and personal environment. The pool has an underwater lighting system for pleasant night swimming and a wide sundeck with lounge chairs. An old barn was converted into a lounge available to guests to spend some nice time drinking a glass of wine or a cold beer. A pizza oven is available for taste the real Italian pizza.
