Spanish Gem /Pool/Spa, Outdoor Kitchen, Fire pit

We are centrally located close to all things LA. Also on a cul de sac with plenty of parking. Private backyard with lush greenery. We require two consecutive days for pool/spa heating. If requested, the fee is $75 June 1 -Sept 30 & $100 Oct 1-May 31. We have an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor dining area facing the pool. The primary bedroom loft and second floor bedroom both open up to a rooftop terrace ideal for sunbathing. Residential, family friendly neighborhood, ideal for morning walks. The space All rooms are bright. Some have a large sliding door that access outdoor spaces. Guest access All spaces with the exception of garage and office Other things to note We will occasionally accept a booking with up to two additional guests for an additional fee, based on the dynamic of the group. It is a family oriented, residential community with lots of dog walking as well as great for jogging and walking.
