You live in a central location to the historic old town of Gengenbach, which is only a 5-minute walk away with its numerous sights, shops, restaurants and bars. The space Your high-quality 47sqm 3-room apartment "N° 1" is on the ground floor and has a great sun terrace. The heart of the new apartment is the bright, open living and dining area with terrace. Like our bedroom, this can be completely darkened at night by electric shutters on the windows. There is room for the whole family in our large living and dining area. Here you can feel at home. Enjoy your favorite film/series on our flat-screen TV, or relax while surfing the high-speed WiFi. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself. Feel free to use the hob to conjure up the dish of your choice. Pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, stove, oven, refrigerator and a dishwasher are of course available. The large dining table is perfect for enjoying a meal together or ending the day with a game night. There is room for everyone at our large dining table. We are happy to provide a high chair on request. The bedrooms have very comfortable box spring beds ready for you so that you are ready to start the day fit again the next morning. Sufficiently comfortable pillows and blankets are available for you here. In our stylish bathroom, not only a walk-in shower awaits you, but also plenty of fresh towels.
