Designed for comfort and easy living, the home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The family room is a welcoming place to gather, with large windows showcasing beautiful hillside views. Settle in and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV with Roku, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals for the whole group, including a 5-burner Wolf range with dedicated simmer rings on every burner, a double convection oven, a fully automatic espresso and cappuccino machine, and a motion-sensor faucet. The kitchen also features a batch-feed garbage disposal that operates only when the magnetic stopper is in place for added safety. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, the home is well-suited for larger groups and extended families. Three bedrooms feature queen beds, while the remaining two bedrooms each offer a twin bed, providing comfortable accommodations for everyone. The large back deck is perfect for outdoor dining, grilling on the natural gas BBQ, or simply relaxing with a glass of wine while taking in the surrounding hill views. Additional amenities include an Xbox 360, Pac-Man arcade machine, a large collection of children's books, board games, and toys. Outside, you'll find a spacious backyard with room to play, a jungle gym, a small roller coaster for kids, a hammock, and a swing. Children should be supervised at all times while enjoying these outdoor features. Guests who need to stay connected will appreciate the reliable high-speed internet and dedicated office space with a monitor and printer. The home is equipped with two Tesla Powerwalls, providing backup power during outages. Guests with electric vehicles can take advantage of complimentary EV charging using the J1772 charging cord located near the garage, compatible with most electric vehicles. For added peace of mind, a landline phone is also available for emergency use. QUIET HOURS No Outdoor Amplified Sound Please be courteous to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 10 pm - 8 am. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE Absolutely no smoking in the home. Smoking in the home is subject to a $300 fee. You are welcome to smoke in the backyard away from neighbors’ properties. Please be careful as the Bay Area is fire-prone. OVERNIGHT GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED Overnight guests are not permitted unless included on the initial reservation. LATE CHECK OUT FEE Please be advised that there is a $75 charge per 30 minutes exceeding check out time of 11AM. YOUR BELONGINGS Please kindly be mindful of taking all your belongings back with you when you leave. A $25.00 fee plus shipping cost will be charged to cover the cost of returning any items to you. Thank you for your understanding. EXCESSIVE TRASH CHARGE Please be advised that there is a $75 excessive trash/disposal fee. CHECKOUT For checkout, please make sure all doors are closed and locked, and that all windows are closed. The cleaner will strip the beds and do the laundry. Check out is by 11 AM. This gives our awesome cleaning team the appropriate time to make sure the place is perfect before your stay and ensures the same for the next group that stays after you. Our favorite winery is En Garde Winery — just 15 minutes down Highway 12 and rated 96 points from Robert Parker. Other favorites in the Sonoma Valley are St Anne's and Arrowood. For a restaurant, you can't go wrong with Ca'bianca, beautiful outdoor Italian dining in a picturesque garden belonging to an 1800s house right downtown. Very delicious. For the best coffee and yummy pastries, head to Acre Coffee in Montgomery Village (or their Sebastopol or Petaluma locations). Their mocha is one of our not so guilty pleasures! A grocery store and good restaurants are just a short pleasant walk away! The nearest winery is only 10-minute drive away. A quick drive to the heart of Santa Rosa and all of it’s bars, restaurants, and entertainment, all this while being under an hour from the ocean.
