IMPORTANT APPLICATION PROCESS AND REQUIREMENTS: This property is governed by a Condominium Association, which has the following mandatory requirements in order to approve prospects guests/applicants. Guest/applicant MUST complete an online application within 48 hours of confirming your booking in Airbnb and your check-in date must be at least 7 days after you complete the online application. Your reservation/booking and check-in date is subject to getting approved by the Condominium Association. If the guest/applicant meets all the following requirements and submits a complete application with all the required documents listed below in a timely manner, and the application is denied for any reason, your reservation will be cancelled with no Airbnb penalties and a full refund will be issued to you immediately. Pets allowed subject to host prior approval based on breed, weight, age, etc. If pet is approved, a one time $150 non refundable pet fee will be charged. A pet picture will be required. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: * All adult guests/applicants that will reside in the apartment must have a Social Security number and a credit score of 700 minimum is required. * Once you are approved, a Zoom or in person orientation with Association is required before a move in date can be confirmed/approved. The Orientation must be prior to the check in date, The Association does not accept move in over the weekends or Holidays. * Guest/applicant and host must sign an agreement to lease electronically to be provided by the host. YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS: * Photo Identification (US Driver's License or US Passport) * Marriage Certificate (If applicable and if married with different last names) * Vehicle Registration for each vehicle (If Applicable) * Proof of Income: last 4 pay stubs or proof of self employment income, or last 4 bank statements, etc. * Copy of School ID and Schedule (if applicable) * Proof of address for your current residency such as: Utility bill or Lease Agreement or Warranty Deed or Mortgage bill, etc in guest/applicant's name. * When submitting the application, you will be required to pay an application fee and an optional rush fee (please opt yes for the rush fee), but do not worry, THESE CHARGES ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION TOTAL and I will reimburse them to you immediately after you pay for the application and rush fee. The Condominium Association will also ask for 1 month security deposit and a move-in fee to be paid upon moving in, which you don't have to worry about either. We will pay this deposit and the move-in fee to them directly before your move in date. ** Please note it can take up to 2 business weeks for the application be approved once the application is submitted, this is why we prefer to pay for their rush fee. The application will only be submitted once all the above mentioned documents have been uploaded into the system.** Your credit card will be charged via Airbnb if the bed linen and towels are stained and cannot be used again or there are damages to the wall and furniture during your stay. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The condo Association will request the RENTER INSURANCE.
