The section of 1st Ave where the property is located provides a quiet and family-friendly environment. The area is known for its safety, with very low crime rates. For transportation, you have the option of renting a vehicle, bicycles which are available for rent just around the corner, or even a golf cart to get you around the island. Alternatively, you can take a leisurely walk to Sadler, where you can find restaurants, ice cream shops, and a larger beach access point that allows vehicles to drive onto the sand.
