With four of the bedrooms having king or queen beds and private bathrooms there is ample privacy for everyone. Whether you are an extended family with little ones or friends reuniting for a memorable getaway, this is the perfect house for you! Experience a retreat appointed with central A/C, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped chef's kitchen, spacious vaulted living room with gas fireplace, private office, delightful farmers porch, and covered deck. The chef's kitchen has abundant counter space, a 6-burner stove, a large island for gathering, and connects to a spacious dining room that seats twelve people. The first floor offers a primary suite (king) with walk-in closet, desk, and private bath; a private office, and a roomy laundry/mudroom. Although not fully accessible for mobility needs, the home is mobility friendly. Three steps up to the house with a sturdy handrail. One step into the home. Once on the main level the only step is out on to the covered deck. The doorway to both the primary and ensuite is 35” wide. There is a small lip on the shower under the shower door. Grab bars are available for shower and toilet areas. A powder room/ half bath on the first floor provides quintessential privacy for the master suite. On the second level there are three additional bedrooms. Bedroom one has two twin beds and a bunk bed sharing a full bath with bedroom two, that has a queen bed. The third bedroom (queen) is down a hallway with an en-suite private bath. There is a third floor living area with a magnificent view featuring a cozy space to relax away from the happenings of the main house. The finished walkout basement has a full bathroom, second refrigerator, and an open entertaining area/playroom with games, books and puzzles. The French doors open onto a large patio area where guests can sit outside to enjoy the scenery and view. There are two sleeping areas that include a bedroom (king) with walk in closet, and a bedroom/ study with a trundle daybed, closet, dresser and sliding doors with full drapes. This well-appointed beautiful home has the perfect yard for relaxing and entertaining. Use the croquet set, shoot hoops at the basketball hoop, or soak in the sun while enjoying the view. The owners provide 3 bed side rails, 2 pack and plays, full-sized crib, highchair, changing table, flatware, cups and dishes for up to 4 toddlers, and a baby gate for the stairs. Guests will have use of one garage bay during their stay, parking accommodating up to six cars, and space for a boat trailer with exterior outlet to charge boat batteries. You can easily walk on a paved sidewalk to the beach. You will also find a boat launch on Lake Waukewan. Please note: Linens are included with this home so you will not need to bring your own sheets and towels. (You will need your own beach towels) SLEEPS 12.
