When we were designing this rental, we wanted our guests to feel like our home was a comfortable place to gather! The house features 4 bedrooms with king beds, 3 in suite bathrooms, and a fully furnished private patio for outdoor entertainment. The living room is equipped with a luxurious sectional, indoor fireplace, and a streaming ready smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cooking supplies giving you the opportunity to make meals during your stay. Guest access A code will be provided to access the home. Parking is available in the garage and driveway of the property. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit. Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check-in. Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check-in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
