Gutshof Doberschau - Coachman's room

The Kutscherstube is located in the attic of the manor house built in 1794. The farm is protected under historic preservation and has been renovated from an ecological point of view. Sustainability is important to us - among other things, electricity and heat come from 100% renewable energies. The apartment is plastered with lime and clay according to the old model. Furthermore, wood and very good insulation contribute to a pleasant living environment all year round. The space Our carriage rooms can accommodate 4 people. The apartment has a size of 65 m² plus a play floor in the top of the roof overlooking Bautzen Cathedral and consists of a kitchen with an open transition to the living area, a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. During your stay you can use the garden. Here you can relax, discover nature and there is also a barbecue/campfire area. For the children there is a ground-level trampoline, a sandbox, a swing, a hornbeam hideout and games. Forgot books? No problem, you can just browse the small library. There you will also find some games for all ages. For smaller children (up to 3 years old), we offer you our children's travel set, subject to availability. This consists of a children's travel bed with bed sheets, towels and a highchair. Please let us know when you make the reservation if we can provide this for you. . Other things to note There are three other apartments in the house with different sizes (one for 2 people, another for 4 people and one for 6 people), so you can also spend time together with up to 16 people.
