This is a 2 bedroom private 1940’s home with a smart TV and old DVD’s to enjoy. 2 Queen beds 1 couch 1 leather sofa chair Lightly stocked kitchen. 4 miles from Airport 1.5 hour drive to YOSEMITE 1.5 hour drive to SEQUOIA NATIONAL PARK 2 exits from FRESNO STATE and close to TRENDY EATERIES AND COFFEE SHOPS on both sides! *Please NO PARTIES. Police will be called and you will leave with no refund. * Please no smoking. Extra cleaning fee of $300. The space Inside The Home: This home is a TWO bedroom home. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed. Crib is available in one of the bedrooms. Small kitchen with tiny stool seating table. Stove but no oven at the current moment. The living room has a small couch and there is a free air mattress available upon request to sleep additional company. 900sq ft. Reclining leather chair, work desk/eating table, wifi, and games. Great and comfortable space. Large fenced backyard nice for pets upon request. Read full description for policy and fees. Although many updates have occurred, this home was built in the 1940’s. As such, things can look “older.” As you’ll read in the reviews, the home is spotless however, sometimes elements of the home will show wear. The tub for example, is currently painted with ceramic paint that will sometimes chip off. At times the grout will be darker from wear. The floors are original wood showing age. Understand that the affordable rate also means this is not a flawless hotel. Things to note: The neighborhood I would rate as a B or C due to the age and location. It is an older neighborhood. An example of what you may see include a few homes with unwatered grass and every now and then a people walking around. There is an elementary school directly across the street so it is a block with a lot of attention to safety. If you prefer being around new neighborhoods with new construction, new homes and new landscaping this may not be the house for you. Just one block West of this neighborhood is Old Van Ness area which is a historical area of town with big beautiful homes and is one of Fresno's most desirable neighborhoods. Guest access This home is a duplex. You will have access to the whole part of the home on the backside of the property. (The other front side of the property is also listed on Airbnb. Contact host for details or look at hosts profile!) Access to big backyard. Ideal for pet lovers! Driveway is long. Please check our calendar... if the dates seem unavailable unfortunately they are. Ring Doorbell- For our safety and more importantly yours, we do have one Ring Doorbell for this property. The Ring Doorbell can be found facing the parking space in the front of the home as well as monitoring who comes and goes from the home. Footage is recorded but very rarely viewed.
