It is a duplex, so there is some shared space outdoors Other things to note There are enough parking spots in the back for 6 cars (3 for each side of the duplex). After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $250.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay. Note: the pet fee ($150 + taxes & fees) is PER PET up to Maximum of 1 allowed pet(s)!
