It is a duplex, so there is some shared space outdoors I give my cell phone number to our guests in case they have any questions, concerns, or just want a good restaurant recommendation :) This is a trendy neighborhood in the perfect location, within walking distance from University Circle with so many coffee houses, restaurants, and cultural activities. You are also a short drive to Cleveland's world-class hospitals, downtown, or anywhere else in Cleveland you want to explore Free parking is in the back, with enough room for three cars. Bring your bikes so you can bike to University Circle, Cleveland's art museums, Case Western Reserve University, the cultural gardens and the botanical gardens, and Severance Hall. There are enough parking spots in the back for 6 cars (3 for each side of the duplex). After booking, you will receive a renter's agreement to sign and there will be a security hold of $250.00 placed on your credit card. The security hold will be fully refunded if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay.
