Six Furlong Stables, an in-town property, is an easy six furlongs (.75 mile) walk to Saratoga Race Course and shopping and dining on Broadway. The owners love horses and horse racing as much as you do, which is evident in the beautiful horse-theme décor. The home has 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, hardwood floors, and a fully equipped granite kitchen. Relax on the "Saratoga Porch" after a day at the track or enjoy an outdoor meal under the backyard pergola. Six Furlong Stables is the summer place to be! The space Main level has an eat in kitchen with table and 4 chairs, plus counter with 2 bar stools, laundry room with pantry storage, half bath, dining room with table and 8 chairs, plus an office area, and living room with sectional sofa. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and a full bath with tiled shower and original claw foot tub. Three bedrooms each have a queen bed, two night stands, one or more dressers, and closet or hanging space for clothes. The fourth bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin beds, a dresser, and closet. Guest access Guests will have private access to the home and will not share the space with anyone other than those in their group. Inaccessible spaces include attic, detached garage, and portions of the unfinished basement. Other things to note Location, location, location - that's why you want to rent this house. We're literally six furlongs (.75 mi.) to Saratoga Race Course and Broadway. This is our first summer renting. People have often commented that we should rent during racing season, but we haven’t rented before because we bought the house specifically to be close to the track and shopping and dining on Broadway. We love everything about horses, horseracing, and Saratoga and this summer we’ve decided to share our neat, clean, and uncluttered home with you. Our front porch and back deck are perfect for enjoying the outdoors and so is the nearby (.2 mi.) East Side Rec with interactive spray fountain, playground, pickleball, tennis, basketball, skate park, and walking track.
