The theater has 3 rows of seating and the front row is a large couch with fold out bed. The theater has sound damping curtains and blackout curtains on the window for controlled sound and lighting...exactly like a commercial movie theater. The theater also has a full bathroom with shower and full size refrigerator. Whole house access. The front door has a smart lock and the code will be sent prior to check-in. We are available through the AirBNB app Minimum age required to rent is 25 years of age. Note: Construction of a new house has begun on the property next door to our home.
